A very modern house built in minimalist style directly over the sea. In front of each of the four bedrooms there is a wooden decked terrace with a view over the sea or, better said, over the waves. The house is located only metres above the surf; you can almost feel the salt on your skin. The original house was completely reformed and made ready in spring 2008. All rooms have been fully glassed to the sea, which makes the house very light and means you can enjoy fantastic views. The rooms are distributed over two floors in different parts of the building. In the upper part there is a master bedroom and inside the room, up a couple of steps, there is a generous bathroom with lots of glass. One-bedroom is reached via an open staircase from the living room and a third bedroom is accessed via a set of stairs outside. The fourth bedroom lies in a square room to the side. All rooms are finished in a simple, colourfully decorated concrete style, which combines very nicely with the sparingly inserted natural materials. The living area is characterised by futuristic, white furniture which gives it a light summery feeling.

Location:
Situated on a cliff directly over the sea. The attractive wooden decked terraces and the light metal railings give you the feeling you are standing on the deck of a ship while beneath you is the surf. The view extends far out to sea and over the wonderful steep coastline. There are many other equally spectacular villas in the neighbourhood.
The small Spanish village above the house is very quiet and well kept. The church, which is well worth seeing, stands directly over the sea and and forms the centre. Directly next to it there are two typical Spanish bars in which you can drink a coffee or enjoy a fine meal of fish. In addition, the surroundings include fine green hills to the north and steep close to the south. Many rich and famous people have settled in this wonderful landscape. Some of the most beautiful villas imaginable are here, even if you are not able to see them.
